The Guyanese Nurses Association of America is committed to being the avenue through which members of the Guyanese community and their descendants in the United States of America and Guyana can be provided with resources for health, education, professional and social advancement.
Our Goals
To avail itself of every opportunity within its capacity for the professional and educational advancement of its members.
To provide a medium for communication among Guyanese Nurses in the U.S.A, Guyana and other countries.
To promote a spirit of camaraderie among members.
To provide assistance to the nursing schools, health-related and charitable organizations in Guyana and the U.S. A.
To develop and maintain educational programs concurrent with the trends of the nursing profession.
Our Vision
Promote and facilitate avenues for the improvement of health and education in the community,
collaborate with other organizations to provide resources for enhancing health care and education in the United States of America, Guyana and the Caribbean.
